CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
The ethical practice of the health professions requires consistent and ongoing commitment to lifelong learning through a process of Continuous Professional Development (CPD). CPD assists health professionals to update and develop the knowledge, skills and ethical attitudes that underpin competent practice.
Each year, dietitians are required to accumulate 30 CPD points, of which at least 5 must be ethics points.
