This activity consists of a 1.5-hour self-guided module and a journal article on what dietitians do.
This activity unpacks the scope of registered dietitians in South Africa and provides an overview of the various important roles dietitians play in optimising the health of all South Africans. It also provides background on what (future) dietitians may need to consider before starting a career path, and ideas and considerations for various supplemental income streams.
