Knowing what stress is and that having no signs of mental illness does not mean you have good well being or health but need to dig deeper and also that you can always get help to manage stress you are not alone.

Took long to complete but it was quite worth it.

Yes, listening to ASMR videos did help and also joining support groups did help to see you are not alone.

Yes try to summarise some of the information, but besides that, this was very helpful.

Thank you for this training. It offers the opportunity for self-reflection and to slow down and evaluate your functioning within the workplace and how it affects your emotional wellbeing and mental health. The coping strategies are practical, making is more useful to implement.

I found the range of practical tools to deal with stressors most useful. These are things I can implement daily and only requires a few minutes.

Some of the resources referred to e.g. websites spam you with ads.
It would be helpful if you can provide one or two examples of how the SMART goal approach is applied using a case example for instance. Further, a little more detail of each letter would be helpful.

One of my favourite free apps to use is “How you feel”. Its been a game changer and I even recommend it to my patients.

Have interactive case studies where participants have to identify stressors of the individual, select the tools the person in the case study can use etc.

Strategies to manage stress and be resilient. I liked the fact that there were specific practical examples for us to implement in our daily lives. This course has given me a lot of ideas and tools to learn how to manage my work-life balance.

One technical issue – the last form (SMARTER-plan_fillable) would not allow me to fill in each block without automatically copying/filling in what I had typed in another block.
Otherwise, the course was great. Having to look inward and realise how much work I need to do is challenging but I am hopeful that introducing a few strategies (a couple at a time) will help me to manage my stress.

Unfortunately I do not have anything extra to add at this point. I am only at the beginning of my journey and still finding ways to manage stress.

I think this training was great. It is a good idea to incorporate quizzes and fillable forms to make sure that people are putting in the work to help themselves. The extra links to different podcasts and websites etc are also helpful.

I have a keen interest in nervous system regulation and personally have gone through burnout. So, a lot of the different strategies are things I have not only come across but implemented in my own life. Those techniques and strategies are also things I share with friends and clients alike. I found the breakdown of different ‘stressors’ very useful as it provided additional information that I can use; especially regarding environmental and workplace stressors.

Additional considerations for mental health:
– ‘Grounding/earthing’ – being in nature (ideally barefoot).
– Healthy sun exposure

No, but I did learn a few useful exercises/tools from this course that I will start using to manage my stress

Thank you! This course was VERY informative and helpful. I really enjoyed it a lot. I will be sharing this course with other healthcare practitioners that I work with.

definitions, that it didnt take up a lot of time and add to the work stress load.

The word search was a waste of time and completely irrelevant. I didnt know that I didnt have to finish it. It was a frustration and totally unrelated to the topic. Slow lagging time when trying to move onto next sections.

Helpful training I have done was personality testing to understand the motivations behind certain behaviours, helpful and unhelpful behaviours. This was related to health care wellbeing. Very insightful.

I personally prefer the video talking to the reading sections

That a-lot of the feeling I was experiencing are in fact normal and common.

Knowing a few of the strategies-but now I need to go an implement them. Knowing we don’t have control of numerous factors and can’t fix everybody’s problems and take away everyone’s pain.

Try attend regular therapy- not only when you are in a crisis.
